YOUR FIRST VISIT

Arrival. We ask that guests arrive at least 15-20 minutes before their first appointment to ensure they have plenty of time to get familiarized with the spa, fill out paperwork and have quiet time to relax before beginning their service. We always recommend robing for spa services, especially facials, couples services and foot rituals, but it is never a requirement. Lockers, robes and slippers are available. Guests are invited to undress to their comfort level. Therapists will not work on body areas guests choose to remain covered by their personal clothing.

Directions We are located at 12418 Cantrell Road, West Little Rock. Our spa is situated atop a small hill overlooking the main road, West Hwy 10. Driving west from Interstate 430, guests should begin looking for our road sign 1/4 mile past the Cantrell & Pleasant Ridge intersection with stoplight. We are located between the Pleasant Ridge & Sam Peck stoplights to the north of Cantrell Road, across from Dash Heating & Air.

Parking  Parking is located on the west side of the building, in front of the spa, and around behind the spa. Our handicap parking, with ramp, is located behind the main spa building. 


BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

To reserve a service we ask for either a credit, debit or gift card to hold each appointment. Please mention during booking if you or, a member of your group, require a handicap accessible treatment room to ensure we are able to accommodate. Once the reservation is booked, the booking guest will be responsible for each appointment made and the card on file will be used to process charges unless another form of payment is presented. Gratuity is optional.


CANCELLING & RESCHEDULING

We know that life can sometimes present unexpected situations, however while holding your appointment  reservation we are often turning away other guests requesting your time slot. In order to maintain an expected flow of guest for our therapists, we hold a firm cancellation policy. We ask for 48 hours of notice if you need to cancel or rebook your appointment. Cancelling or rebooking with in that period may result in a $50 charge of the service(s). Not showing or cancelling on the same day may result in a 100% charge of service(s). This includes couples services and groups. During times of bad weather, illness or emergencies we are flexible with our cancellation allowances.


GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards are available in any dollar amount. You can purchase your Gift Card online through our website, or directly through our Front Desk. They are non-refundable and non-transferable. Guests can use them to pay for services, purchase retail items or attend select classes and select events in Sage House Yurt. Our gift cards are never tied to a specific service or rate, and work just like cash. This allows the recipients to decide how they would most want to spend their retreat time with us. To redeem for appointments, classes or events guests must make a reservation through our Front Desk and provide the gift card number at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Additionally they must present the gift card at check out in order to prove ownership. Our cancellation policy will apply to any reservation made with your digital gift card. Special Classes and events may have a non CWR staff teacher or host. These classes and events may not allow gift card redemption. Please check with the spa directly to be certain.


RETAIL SHOP

 All retail purchases are final. No refunds. Store credit may be given for unopened/unused products or defected merchandise at the discretion of management. We often purchase items in small batch quantities so an exact or equivalent replacement may not be available. Many of our retail items are handmade, locally created/sourced or crafted by fair-trade. Please expect variations in presentation, appearance or texture. We take great care sourcing our products in our retail shop and strive to offer gifts with integrity, purpose and encourage mindful commerce that lifts up the makers, the gift givers and the recipients while lowering negative impacts on our environment, social economics and community.


SPA CONDUCT

Alcohol, Tobacco & Recreational Intoxicants Many guests ask if they can bring a bottle of wine/champagne to their retreat services. Yes! We do allow guests to provide their own alcohol. Wine glasses & ice buckets can be provided at no charge upon request. Tobacco use, including chewing tobacco is prohibited. Guests are encouraged to use their vehicles. Vaping inside the building is strictly prohibited.  

Cell Phones & Personal Electronic Devices The use of quiet personal devices is allowed all throughout the spa and grounds. We request quiet conversations or very low volumes be used while on property.  Headphones are strongly encouraged. Devices left inside lockers need to be set to absolute silence, no vibrations-as these can rattle the metal lockers.  No speaker phone usage is allowed anywhere inside the spa or near entrances as conversations can still cause disturbances to guests inside. No phone conversations are allowed from devices during sauna services or while sharing the Quartz Lounge with other guests. Guests creating noise pollution for other guests will be politely asked to go to their vehicle. 

Guests Under Age 18  We welcome underage guests as clients or visitors to our spa. We do require a guardian inside the treatment room with the therapist for clients underage. Young children accompanying guests to the spa are requested to be supervised and to maintain a quiet disposition. Crying children will be asked to return to the guest vehicle.


DISABLED GUESTS

We are very considerate of guests needing specific accommodation when visiting our spa. We offer handicap accessible parking, ramp, restroom facilities and can provide level treatment rooms for guests needing to avoid steps. Additionally we offer electric high/low massage and facial tables for guests needing assistance transitioning. There are some services and treatment rooms that may not be accessible to every guest. We have a deep respect for everyone’s wellness journey and know sometimes our bodies may have special needs such as wheelchair ramps, chairs for sitting while dressing, grab bars on stairs in restrooms, or extra lighting in darkened areas. We take great strides to offer as much as we possibly can to every body at CWR. However, availability is limited, so please let us know your needs at the time of booking so that we can reserve the needed spaces for your visit. On rainy days, or if you, or a member of your group, needs assistance getting inside, please let us know. Once you are on property call our the Front Desk and a staff member will meet you in the parking lot with an umbrella. Escorts of disabled guests are invited to enjoy the Quartz Room Lounge while the guest is receiving services.
