Most of you come to Copper Well Retreat seeking an experience; an end to suffering, a beginning to healing, a quiet refuge or a portal into another dimension of consciousness. When building our menu of services we decided not to look at WHO was coming through our doors, but WHAT was motivating you to come. We recognize you are seeking help along your wellness journey but are often taking different paths. The 4 Paths To Wellness was created as a guide so you can better match services and experiences to your chosen path and to ensure we are all working together towards the greatest good. Recruiting therapists, healers and administrators with a singular shared desire to care for you, we have curated our menu with sincere offerings of experiences designed to PURIFY from suffering, hold peace in STILLNESS, savor the moment with HONOR and to ATTUNE though elevating vibration.
THE PATH OF STILLNESS holding space for peace
Throughout our days life can get heavy and begin to wear us down. Sometimes this comes from carrying the load for others such as in caregiving of friends or family, overextending at work, juggling responsibilities or simply becoming depleted from extreme effort. Other times it can come from tragedy, great loss or when moving though trauma. The path of STILLNESS will offer quiet services with limited talking, slow, loving touch and thoughtful details to access the parasympathetic nervous system and the inner child needing a nurturing care experience. This path is excellent for those in grief or extreme fatigue, as well as those seeking WELLNESS in peace and rest.
THE PATH OF HONOR gratitude for today’s joy
Often guests come to us hoping to celebrate a life event or an accomplishment. Birthdays, anniversaries and holidays are great times to celebrate. Additionally, guests could be crossing some kind of finish line; completing a big project such as finishing a period of work, study or training. Many times they to come to us with a treasured friend or family member to simply enjoy their time together. The path of HONOR is designed to recognize the importance of the good times in our lives. It is the very action of pausing to feel joy, pride and gratitude for what we have right now. This path is excellent for those wanting to ‘treat’ themselves or a loved one to caregiving and to enjoy BEING WELL in present time.
THE PATH OF PURIFY relieve pain and suffering
Pain and suffering is one of the greatest motivators for change. Pain can be felt physically, emotionally and energetically. It can robe us of vitality and create a ripple effect of negativity in our lives, as well as those surrounding us. This build up of negativity can result in us becoming toxic, diseased, dysfunctional and depressed. The path of PURIFY offers relief from pain, expelling of toxic build-up, insight for lifestyle changes and assistance uplifting body, mind and spirit. Combined with multiple sessions this path can lead to clarity, homeostasis and inspiration for new beginnings. This path is excellent for those suffering acute physical or emotional pain, needing assessment from medical therapists and seeking WELLNESS in a specific place. These experiences will include plan of care, targeted treatments and therapies through the holistic spa lens.
THE PATH OF ATTUNE elevating vibration through connection
Our universe is vast and mysterious. Modern human culture can distract, disrupt and confuse us. We are waking up to our ancestor’s wisdom and remembering who we are. Through ancient rituals and tools, the old ways are teaching the new people how to connect to the universal light humming through all space and time, humming through all creation, humming through all of US. The path of ATTUNE will help you continue to connect to your truth, your community, the elements and to better understand the Great Wheel that turns the cosmos from which you were born. This path is excellent for those curious seekers looking to raise their WELLNESS and vibration at a higher level through metaphysical tools, self-inquiry, guided rituals and meditation experiences.

We understand a journey is made of taking many steps. Throughout that time you may find yourself walking any of these 4 paths. It can be confusing which path is best for you. We recommend asking yourself ‘which path did I have the strongest emotional reaction to?’ Listen to your higher self, your inner child and your body. You will know which path you are on for right now. You may decide the first part of your journey is to relieve pain, so begin with PURIFY. However, you may find that stress and worry have you too upset to function, so you may choose to book time in STILLNESS. You may feel disconnected from spirit and inspiration as the biggest problem and therefore attend a session for ATTUNE. HONOR is an excellent path for those unable to decide as it is the middle path, and the path that is focused on honoring you in this moment.
